Terms governing the Enterprise Coupon Validation API and Tremendous e-gift card integration.
Every campaign launched on Brandprize Giveaways goes through our automated compliance checklist.
All campaigns automatically include federally required no-purchase-necessary alternatives and free method of entry.
Auto-generated official rules cover sponsor info, eligibility, entry periods, prize descriptions, odds of winning, and winner selection method.
Our system flags state-specific requirements including NY, FL, and RI registration thresholds. Note: Brandprize does not file bonds or registrations on your behalf — we flag the requirements so you can take action.
Material connection disclosures and endorsement guidelines are automatically applied to all campaign pages.
Age verification prompts prevent collection of data from children under 13. All giveaways require entrants to confirm they are 18+.
Participant data rights are honored including access, correction, deletion, and portability requests upon request.
Every winner draw is timestamped, logged, and auditable. Full draw history is available in your dashboard.
All participation and prize coupons are logged with status, scan time, and redemption details for your records.
When e-gift card prizes are sent via Tremendous, delivery status, recipient email, and redemption confirmation are tracked and logged in your campaign dashboard.
Coupon Validation API keys are uniquely generated per merchant, encrypted at rest, and can be revoked instantly. All API requests are logged with IP address and timestamp for 90 days.
Coupons support both in-store QR scanning via the dashboard and online redemption through secure links — with full tracking for both methods.
Photo Challenge and Virtual Safari Hunt submissions are scored by an AI vision model against the Creator's prompt. Creators set an auto-approval threshold and can manually review, approve, or reject any below-threshold submission from their dashboard.
Creator Ad Campaigns re-targeting past participants include a clear sender identity and an unsubscribe mechanism in every email. In-app ad alerts can be disabled by the participant at any time. No mobile push is used for ads.
The optional Face ID / Touch ID app lock uses the WebAuthn standard. Biometric data is never collected or transmitted — verification happens entirely on the user's device, and only a local device-bound credential is stored.
Standalone survey campaigns reward participants with an instant SURV- coupon upon completion. Responses are shared with the Creator; reward coupons must be honored on the same terms as participation coupons.
Game-based entry methods (Spin the Wheel, Scratch Cards, Plinko, Coin Flip, Memory Match) may issue instant-win coupons. Outcomes are determined by the platform's random logic; all issued coupons must be honored by the Creator.
Proximity-based push notifications fire only for installed-app participants who grant location permission. Location is checked solely to deliver nearby-store alerts — no always-on tracking — and can be revoked at any time.
A premium subscription add-on attaching time-coded or live interactions (polls, giveaways, drops, coupons, lead capture) beside a YouTube player. Interaction responses are shared with the Creator; the video itself is not hosted or modified.
One credit launches either a giveaway campaign or a survey-for-coupon campaign. Your first campaign is always free; purchased credits never expire.
Users can create personal causes (medical, emergency, education, community, etc.) and receive point donations from the community. 100 points = $1 USD. Creators withdraw accumulated funds as Virtual Visa gift cards (min $5). No platform fees on cause donations.
Churches, mosques, temples, and faith-based nonprofits can register as donation partners. Organizations are verified before being listed. Donations are delivered as Virtual Visa gift cards to the organization's registered email address.
Cause creators can withdraw accumulated donations as e-gift cards only to their registered beneficiary email. Minimum withdrawal is $5. All withdrawals and donations are logged with timestamps and amounts for audit purposes.
Platform administrators can manually adjust user loyalty point balances for support purposes. All adjustments are logged in the loyalty ledger with the admin actor, reason, and before/after balance.
Creators launch video, photo, or geo-fenced game challenges. Photo and video submissions are scored by an AI vision model against the creator's prompt. Creators set an auto-approval threshold and can manually review, approve, or reject any submission. Geo-fenced bonus locations use GPS proximity verification.
Creators place AR gaming arenas at real-world locations using address search. Participants must be physically within the geo-fenced radius to enter the AR arena. AR experiences are embedded via iframe with camera and sensor permissions. All check-ins are GPS-verified server-side using haversine distance calculation.
Native Brandprize tickets use high-entropy bpt_ prefixed QR tokens validated server-side. Tickets support cash purchase (Stripe Checkout) and points-based redemption. Mission-discounted pricing requires verified MissionProgress completion. Inventory and check-in tracking included.
One credit launches a giveaway, survey, challenge, or safari hunt campaign. The first campaign is always free. Mini-games created in the Game Studio are free and do not consume credits. Purchased credits never expire.
Creators can save a campaign configuration as a reusable template and apply it to future giveaways, surveys, challenges, or missions. Templates store settings only — no participant data is shared between campaigns created from the same template.
Clients who purchase White Glove managed service submit a brief and track build progress through a 5-stage pipeline (submitted, in review, designing, ready, launched). Only the requesting client and platform admins can view a brief and its status.
Rotating sponsored banner ads may appear on creator dashboard pages. Banners are served from approved Ad Campaign records and are excluded from the ticket scanner to avoid interfering with gate operations. Banner clicks and impressions are tracked for advertisers.
When linking a Reward Mission to an existing giveaway or event, creators select from a searchable list of their own campaigns rather than entering IDs manually. Only campaigns owned by the creator are available for linking.
